SL-RF Foam Reborning Machine(with crusher)
This machine is mostly used for foam blocks that come from foam crushing machine blown into mixing drum of foam Re-bonding machine after mixing with adhesive, the mixture is dropped down into a standard size mould L2m x W1.55mxH1.2m where it goes under hydraulic pressure to shape boned foam . The new developed automatic re-bonding machine with a steam can produce foam 5 times as fast as standard one
